Set Classes
First Class, Economy Class
Reservation and Purchasing Period
From (9:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time) 355 days prior to the departure date until the day of departure.
Payment Deadline
From the start of sale up to 22 days prior to the departure date: Purchase no later than 14 days prior to the departure date.
From 21 days prior to the departure date up to 8 days prior to the departure date: Purchase no later than 7 days prior to the departure date.
From 7 days prior to the departure date up to 24 hours prior to the departure time: 48 hours after making the reservation or 24 hours prior to the departure time, whichever is sooner.
From 24 hours prior to the departure time up to 20 minutes before departure: Immediate purchase
- * However, in cases where the rules applicable to international fares are more rigid, the rules for international fares will apply.
Changes
Reserved flight changes are allowed if they are on the same segment*1 and within the same fare.
Changes between First Class and Economy Class are allowed.
It is not possible to change passengers.
If the fare amount differs between the time of purchase and the time of change due to a change in reservations, a fare adjustment will be required.

Changing from First Class to Economy Class for Reasons Other Than Customer Convenience
Please note that your assigned seat may be changed from First Class to Economy Class without prior notice due to aircraft changes, delays, flight cancellations, or other unavoidable reasons.
If you have already purchased your ticket, you will be refunded the difference between Economy Class Flex (For combination with INT Fare) and Economy Class Full Flex on the date of purchase and Economy Class Flex on the date of travel.
Refunds
Requests must be received within the 30-day period starting from the day after the expiration date of the flight ticket.
No cancellation fee applies to Flex (For combination with INT Fare).
For Full Flex, a cancellation fee will be charged for ticket cancellations.

Refund of a partially used ticket
Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the same charge as above for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments. Even if the refund amount is calculated to be zero, the consumption tax and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded.
