Flights operated by ANA Group will arrive at Terminal 3.

All passengers entering the Philippines are required to complete the eTravel registration via the official website. Registration is available starting 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. After completion, please save a copy of your QR code to present to immigration upon arrival.

• Please presnt your Passport and Etravel
• You will need to show a return flight ticket or ticket for a flight bound for a third country when passing through Immigration.

After clearing all the arrival procedures, proceed to the check-in counter or airport terminal of your next flight.

All Passenger need to pick up the checked baggage upon arrival in Philippines (International & Domestic).

Flights operated by ANA will depart from Terminal 3. Learn more about the Airport Lounge.

For all business class passenger and APEC / Diplomatic Passport holder can use bussiness class immgration and securty check.

Passengers who have connecting international flights, please approach our staff or prodeed to the "TRANSFER DESK" which is located before the arrival immigration.

• If you need to transit between terminals, taxis and a free shuttle bus are available. The waiting time may vary based on operation status and traffic congestion.
• You will need to go through Security Check to enter the departure terminal for connecting flights and Immigration/Customs can get busy.
  • Passengers who have connections should allow ample time for these processes.
