Thank you for flying ANA.
Recently, cases have been confirmed of third parties hijacking customers' membership numbers, Web Password, email accounts, etc., stealing authentication emails (one-time password) for two-step verification, and fraudulently logging in to the ANA website to update personal information without permission, or to exploit or misuse miles.
Please be careful to manage your customer identification information, such as your customer number, Web Password, and email account information.
In addition, we recommend the following measures to protect your personal information and mileage.
Please do not use the same password for multiple sites.
Please set a different password for the "Web Password" from the password for the e-mail account registered to receive important notices from ANA (one-time password).
Please update your "Web Password" regularly.
Please change your Web Password regularly to ensure that your account is not fraudulently accessed by another person (e.g., identity fraud targeting your mileage account).
If you change your registered email address or home address, please update your member information as soon as possible.
Please check your registered information and the number of miles you own regularly.
We have identified cases where email addresses registered in member information have been fraudulently updated. Please check your registered email address regularly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
