Passenger Information Registration

You will require an ANA Mileage Club Card to register your passenger information.
You can register your passenger information free of charge.
You will need to re-register your passenger information should your ANA Mileage Club membership number change.

Information

Due to changes in the Japan domestic flight system, on and after May 29, 2025 (from flights boarding May 19, 2026), if you have multiple membership numbers under the same name with different information registered for Disability Discount or Islands Discount, the respective information for Disability Discount and Island Discount will be merged into the information on the main card. For details, please contact the ANA Passenger Information Registration Office.

Passenger Information Registration Process

1.If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, please join the ANA Mileage Club first

You can join the ANA Mileage Club from the home page.

Once you have joined on the home page, your "Membership No.*" will be displayed on the "Registration Completion" screen.

Make sure to keep this number in a safe place as you will require it to register your passenger information.

If you are applying with an ANA Mileage Club enrollment form, please send the form to the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

2.Applying to Register Passenger Information

This can be done online, by post or at an ANA domestic airport counter.

The Caregiver's Fare is no longer available for new reservations, ticketing and boarding for flights boarding up until May 18, 2026.
As of May 19, 2026, the registration of date of birth is no longer be required for Youth and Senior fares.

Online Procedures
Fill in the required items using the "Applying to Register Passenger Information" button below, attach the necessary documents, and submit your application.
It will take approximately 2 to 5 days from application until your information is registered.

Full name
Prefectural or designated city seal
Validity period (only Health & Welfare Certificate for Persons with Mental Disabilities)
Disability class, Reduced fare grade

Islands Discount (Islands Discount Registration)
Please submit a copy (showing both sides) of the relevant card showing your name, expiration date, and applicable route(s).

Eligible card

Discount identification card for island residents or discount identification card for persons with semi-resident status
Air travel discount identification card for residents of remote islands in the Tokyo metropolitan area
Discount identification card for remote island residents or Discount identification card for persons with semi-resident status
Discount identification card for residents of remote islands in Okinawa Prefecture or certificate verifying change of address to an island eligible for said card

3.Registration Completion

Online Procedures
After confirming your application details and the required documentation, we will send a registration completion notification the email address you provided.

By Post
After confirming your application form and the required documentation, we will provide a registration completion notification by post to the address provided on the form.

Please come to a domestic airport counter with your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card and the documentation required for information registration.
