Customers are advised to exercise caution when considering travel offers from third-party sources, particularly when an offer appears
unusually attractive or requires advance payment. Before making any payment, customers are encouraged to carefully review the booking details,
fare conditions, payment arrangements, and the credibility of the travel provider.

Advance Payment Scam Tactics

Customers should be aware of common tactics that may be used in potential booking scams, particularly when dealing with unofficial third-party sources, including:

  - Attractive flight fares that appear unusually low and are advertised through unofficial channels, including social media platforms.

  - Communication with a travel provider through messaging applications such as WhatsApp or other communication channels, particularly when the travel provider’s identity
    or affiliation cannot be verified.

  - Customers are directed to websites that use ANA-related branding elements, such as logos,colours, or images, which may create the impression that the website is
     affiliated with ANA.
 

  - Customers being asked to provide personal information, make a payment/deposit in order to receive promo code or a flight reservation.

  - Customers are then provided with a flight reservation and encouraged to verify the booking through ANA’s official website.

  - Customers are requested to make payment after confirming that the reservation appears in ANA’s booking system.

  - After payment is made, customers may experience difficulties contacting the travel provider or receiving confirmation of their ticket issuance.

Please note that the existence of a reservation does not necessarily confirm that payment has been received by the airline or that a ticket has been issued.
Customers should ensure they receive a valid e-ticket after completing their purchase.
